Wordless Wednesday!

I forgot to post last night.  Geoff and I started watching Frozen Planet on Discovery.  If you haven't watched it...you should!  It's really good.  Yes, it does show 'the circle of life' but it's still so intriguing.  I never knew killer whales were so dang smart!

We had a St. Patrick's Day pot-luck at work last week so I decided to make these cookies I found on Pinterest.  They were YUMMY and so much greener.  These pictures don't do them justice.

This is Derby Pie.  It's hard to believe that the Kentucky Derby is only a little over a month away.  It feels like we were just there!  So in honor of the 2012 Kentucky Derby, here's a slice of Derby Pie.  I have no idea what it's made of...it's almost like a chocolate-y, crumb-y, buttery, pecan pie, without the pecans.  If that makes sense.  Ha.
