We're Good.

After my post last night, I don't want anyone worrying about us.  Yes, the fire is closer than we'd like it to be, however we obviously can't do much about it, besides pray!  We are so thankful for all the firemen that are risking their lives to save homes and animals from this fire that is still 0% contained, has burned more than 4500 acres and has taken 2 lives.

So...our next hope is that we get less wind, cooler temps and rain in the forecast soon.  Again, HUGE thanks to all our friends and family members that graciously reached out to us, THANK YOU.

March 27th:  Your Name

I can remember when Geoff and I first got engaged (12/10/08) I started practicing writing my *new* name.  Ha.  I'm not going to lie, and Geoff is very aware of this, I had somewhat of a separation anxiety from my maiden name, Gallero.  I loved my last name, most people couldn't pronounce it, as it's Filipino, NOT Spanish...so the 2 LL's doesn't mean Y.  =)  It's just unique!  However, I've grown to embrace McCoy and I love it.  (Love my hubby, too!)  I love the little c and big C.  I know it sounds silly.  Anyways...here's what my signature looks like.  One is just how I write my name on a daily basis...one is a little more formal.
