Happy Halloween!

Seriously, holidays are just getting better and better.  It's so much more fun doing the little things like carving pumpkins, costumes and going trick or treating.  I don't think Brayden totally comprehended everything, but he picked it up pretty quick and he seemed to have a great time.  Here's a photo dump of the last few days of Halloween prep and of course trick or treating tonight!

Carving pumpkins.  He was a little apprehensive and wasn't sure about the 'guts', but you'll see he quickly got the hang of it!

Then we painted his pumpkin.  It took him a minute to rub his whole hand into the paint, but before long he was painting...everything.

Halloween Day!!

Little Mummy!

Pumpkin pancakes!

Jack-o-Lantern Pizza
All dressed up and ready to go trick-or-treating.  Carl from Up!  Sorry for the picture overload, but I can't get over the cuteness!!  Ahh!  (Thank you, Pinterest!)

Let's go!  Gotta get some more candy!
Who's over there!

Mom, Dad is taking me to the wrong house!

Getting a ride from Daddy.
Seriously, my heart just explodes with happiness.  Brayden seemed to really enjoy himself.  He gladly would take a couple pieces of candy, put them in his spider bucket and move on.  He LOVED houses that had 'doggies' and would try to let himself in.  haha.  He was literally the talk of the block.  Every single person we came across, was like, 'Cutest Costume Ever!'  I was worried we'd have to keep explaining to everyone who he was, but people picked up really quickly, so I'd call it a success.  And what's even better...we didn't see one other 'Carl'.  I love Elsa, but I can't say the same for her!  Loved every second...and I'm a happy Momma!

Pumpkin Patch 2014

We had so much fun at the pumpkin patch last year, that we decided to go back to the same one this year...and we took some friends with us.  It's so crazy how much Brayden has changed in just a year.  Last year we were propping him up with pumpkins and watching him lick the pumpkins to this year where he was on the bounce pad and picking his own pumpkin.  Crazy I tell ya!

So here's a photo dump of our day at the pumpkin patch.

Brayden's friend, Logan.  They're always up to something...ha!

Quick photo op at home in the leaves!

The Last 18 Months

Cuteness overload x18!  Seriously I cannot believe how big Brayden has gotten.  It's crazy...it's so hard for me to imagine that he used to only weigh 8lbs!  I'm so glad I've taken a minute to snap a picture every month because I Iove to see how he's grown and changed.

Brayden - 18 Months!

Ahh...say it isn't so!  My baby is 1.5 years old.  How is that possible?!?! Geoff and I always say that we're so blessed that Brayden is growing and is healthy...but why does it have to go by so fast?  On another note...Brayden is so incredibly fun and smart right now, that just like every month, I swear this is my favorite.  Haha.  Yes, he's a busy body and keeps his Momma (or as he likes to say MA!) on her toes, but it's so much fun and I wouldn't trade it for the world!

We went in for Brayden's 18 month appointment and here are his stats...
