Bump Update - 19 Weeks
How far along? 19 weeks
Baby Size: Heirloom Tomato - 6.0 inches and 8.5 oz.
Total weight gain: It's goes up and down. I'm between the 8-10lb range.
Maternity clothes? Still rocking the belly band and leggings, but maternity jeans are appearing more frequently, they're just so much more comfortable on the belly!
Stretch marks? Smearing the Palmer's Cocoa Butter every night.
Sleep: I feel like I've been doing a lot of tossing and turning lately. Sleeping on my side is uncomfortable because I feel like my belly hangs (if that makes sense)...so I'm thinking I need to invest in a body pillow pretty soon. Hopefully that'll help.
Best moment this week: Really starting to feel the baby move. It's transitioned from feeling like bubbles/butterflies to more of a popcorn popping feeling. If I really look close, I can see a light tap coming from the inside...Geoff got to see it the other night too. Pretty exciting!!
Miss Anything? Coffee. This time of year all I want to do is visit Starbucks every morning for a Pumpkin Spice Latte or a Peppermint Mocha. Yum-o!
Movement: Little popcorn popping, almost daily. It just depends.
Food cravings: French Onion Soup. I've been thinking about it for days now!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope not really.
Gender: I'm feeling confident that we're having a baby BOY. The day I saw the positive pregnancy test, I told myself, 'We're having a baby boy!' Then after time I started second guessing myself, so now I've decided to go back to my gut instinct.
Symptoms: I just get uncomfortable after while and occasional leg cramps. Really nothing else...I'm feeling BLESSED!
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Mood: Doing good...I'm excited to see our family next weekend and celebrate Thanksgiving with them and the little peanut. Hopefully he/she likes turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie, because Mamma sure does!
Looking forward to: Ummm...finding out what we're having. LESS than 1 weeks folks. 6 days to be exact. I'm hoping that our little peanut will play along. Got a cute little surprise for how we'll tell our family on Thanksgiving. I'll be sure to share!
I doubt I'll be posting much next week...as Thanksgiving fast approaches, we'll be running around like crazies trying to get ready for everything. So if I don't blog before then, I hope you all have a blessed, Happy Thanksgiving. And the next time you hear from me, hopefully I'll be telling you what we're having. YEA!
