This Mama was finally right! haha!! We're adding another boy to the crew and we couldn't be more excited!! It's was very obvious, very quickly that we had another healthy baby boy on board. It took a couple days for it to set in for Geoff & Brayden, but we're so excited and I'm ready to start planning!! No names yet, Geoff and I have trimmed down a rather long list we had come up with, but no clear front runners yet. We probably won't tell anyone until baby boy #2 makes his appearance anyways. :) Here are a couple pictures from the 20 week ultrasound, which is the best ultrasound ever because they literally take a look at every nook and cranny so just being able to sit there and watch the baby the whole time is so amazing. He kept giving us the thumbs up during the whole ultrasound which melted my heart, but he looks pretty dang perfect and cute to me!! :) haha!!
Sorry for the delay in posting, between work, school, Christmas and now a head cold of some sort, I've been trying to get rest where I can. And I forgot to take a picture at 21 weeks, so this one is from 20 weeks.
How far along? 21 weeks!
Baby Size: A carrot
Total weight gain: I was still at 9lbs a couple days ago, should probably check again since I've been doing nothing but eating cookies!!
Maternity clothes? Ummm...yes!
Stretch marks? No.
Sleep: Besides being so plugged up with this dang little cold, I seem to be doing okay. I've been putting vicks on my chest and running the humidifier, which seems to be helping.
Best moment this week: We'll back up a week or so and say the 20 week ultrasound, just knowing that we have a healthy baby and everything looks good is such a blessing!!
Miss Anything? Not that I can think of.
Movement: Yes! He's currently breech, so I feel a lot of kicks down low, but I can definitely feel his little nogin up in my right lung.
Food cravings: Christmas treats. Who isn't craving those this time of year? lol!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Dairy. I've gotten a little lax about it and I can tell later in the evening.
Gender: BOY, BOY BOY!!
Symptoms: I think I may be getting some braxton hicks already...ugh! And I've been having a weird heart palpitation thing, but they say it's normal!
Belly Button in or out? In...for now.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Mood: Good!
Looking forward to: Christmas-time!! Even though baby isn't here yet, Brayden is so excited to see what Santa is bringing Snickerson. haha! So Santa has been hard at work. :)
