Brayden's 1st Flight!

So this past weekend, Brayden and I took a flight back home for my sister-in-law, Michelle's baby shower. Thankfully we flew or we probably wouldn't have made it driving with the crazy snow both Denver and Durango has been getting. Regardless, I was so excited and nervous to take Brayden on his first plane ride!! More nervous about how I was going to navigate through security and do everything solo. It really was a breeze...no complaints. Brayden was a little overwhelmed with the size and madness of DIA, but slowly came around and couldn't stop yelling MOM! every time he saw a plane or a truck driving by with luggage. 

When we got on the plane they informed us that due to bad weather the stewardess' would not be doing the beverage service because of turbulence. I got nervous...I was worried Brayden would get sick or just be scared. I was wrong. (thankfully!!) Our first bump, he looked at me weird, but after that he'd giggle every time. Whew!! We also sat by an older gentleman, who quickly informed me that he had 6 grandchildren!! Praise Jesus!! Brayden literally played with some cars, looked at a few books and laughed at a few videos on my phone and we were ready to land. I was so proud of my sweet boy, he did such a good job and he was so excited to see his Papa & Yaya at the airport!! Our flight home also went very smooth!! I told Daddy that Brayden is officially ready for vacay this summer!! Haha!! Here are some pictures from Brayden's first flight!!
