Seriously, holidays are just getting better and better. It's so much more fun doing the little things like carving pumpkins, costumes and going trick or treating. I don't think Brayden totally comprehended everything, but he picked it up pretty quick and he seemed to have a great time. Here's a photo dump of the last few days of Halloween prep and of course trick or treating tonight!
Carving pumpkins. He was a little apprehensive and wasn't sure about the 'guts', but you'll see he quickly got the hang of it!
Then we painted his pumpkin. It took him a minute to rub his whole hand into the paint, but before long he was painting...everything.

Seriously, my heart just explodes with happiness. Brayden seemed to really enjoy himself. He gladly would take a couple pieces of candy, put them in his spider bucket and move on. He LOVED houses that had 'doggies' and would try to let himself in. haha. He was literally the talk of the block. Every single person we came across, was like, 'Cutest Costume Ever!' I was worried we'd have to keep explaining to everyone who he was, but people picked up really quickly, so I'd call it a success. And what's even better...we didn't see one other 'Carl'. I love Elsa, but I can't say the same for her! Loved every second...and I'm a happy Momma!
