Baby Shower and Bump Update - 31 Weeks

So this last Saturday (2/2) was my baby shower!  I was so excited to see my friends and family and to celebrate my sweet little boy!  What a great day it was.  My Mom and Mother-in-Law did a great job and they truly transformed my house into an African safari.  I had quite a bit of family come in from out of town to be here and of course close (proximity) family and friends also joined us.  It was a great time and I feel so blessed to have such a great support system around me that care not only about me, but for my sweet baby boy who they have yet to meet!  Of course, baby boy got spoiled rotten and I'm starting to feel like I'm more and more prepared for his arrival which is only a short 9 (or so) weeks away!  Thanks again Momma for everything!  ;)  Prepare for picture overload!  Just a side note...for some unknown reason we took no pictures of me with guests.  ugh!

Thanks again to all my family and friends that were able to join us on such a special day.  THANK YOU!!

So this isn't actually a 31 week photo...but it was taken just a few days ago.  :)
How far along? 31 weeks...I've officially started the countdown.  9 weeks to go!
Baby Size: 4 Navel Oranges (or pineapple) - 16.25in and 3.3lbs.
Total weight gain: Honestly...I've stopped weighing myself so consistently.  I'm probably around the 22lbs range.  My knees and back are feeling it!
Maternity clothes? All maternity...I did by a sweater dress at Target this weekend that was not maternity.  Whohoo!
Stretch marks? Not that I can see.  Still smelling like cocoa butter and belly oil!
Sleep: I'm feeling pretty lucky in this category.  I do wake up once a night to potty, but I can usually (knock on wood) fall right back to sleep.
Best moment this week: My baby shower!!  Oh my goodness my Momma and Mother-in-Law did such a wonderful job.  My house was transformed into a safari!  Great games, wonderful food and of course my sweet little boy got spoiled rotten!
Miss Anything? Being able to do what I used to do.  Ha!  Getting out of bed, off the couch, tying my shoes...everything is a bit more challenging!
Movement: He's a mover and a shaker!
Food cravings: I'm loving berries right now.  Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Too much cheese.  Last night I was eating cheese enchiladas and after a while they started to make me queasy.  Which NEVER happens with enchiladas.
Gender: Baby BOY
Symptoms: Still dealing with Braxton Hicks, but I'm doing my best to try and work around them or figure out what's triggering them and not do that.  Haha!  In most cases women feel better when they either take it easy or they become more active.  I'm the latter of the two and feel better when I'm a little more active.  Which is very challenging when I'm at work as I sit at a desk all day.
Belly Button in or out?  Still in...barely!
Wedding rings on or off? On
Mood: Hanging in there!  It's difficult for me to adjust to the fact that I can't do the things I used to be able to do.  I'm also getting tired a lot quicker and my feelings get hurt pretty easily now-days.  I cry at the drop of a dime!
Looking forward to:  Really prepping for baby.  Now that he's got so much clothes and stuff...I need to start organizing things and really get ready for his big arrival!
